Post-Op Bladder Protocol (Standard to Dr. Best)

1. Remove foley post-op day 1 in am (between 6:00 - 7:00)
2. Measure voided volumes
3. Obtain post void residual (PVR) using I/O catheter for first two spontaneous voids, then QID
4. D/C PVRs if patient voids greater than 200cc with a PVR of less than 200cc on two occassions
5. I/O Catheter PRN if patient unable to void or uncomfortable after voiding (ie in retention)
